Individuals interested in becoming a Hands of Hope Clinic patient must meet the following requirements:
1. Must be a HENRY COUNTY RESIDENT.
2. Must be Medically Uninsured.
Those with Medicaid, Medicare, or Private Insurance do not qualify.
3. Must meet Low Household Income requirements.
Individuals must have a household income at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level.
