How do I make an appointment?
Appointments are made by phone or in person only. Please call or visit the clinic during regular business hours to schedule. If you reach the voicemail box, leave a clear, detailed message & your call will be returned within one business day. No need to leave multiple messages, as this may delay your returned call.
Do you offer Walk-In Services?
No, we are unable to accommodate walk-in appointments. Please call 770-507-1344 to schedule an appointment.
What is the New Patient Certification Appointment?
At Hands of Hope Clinic, before you can receive your first medical appointment, you will need to make a certification appointment to ensure your eligibility. This is a brief appointment with a staff member to go over new patient paperwork and clinic policies. Once completed, you can be scheduled for services. You must re-certify annually.
Do you offer Emergency Dental services?
No, our clinic is not equipped to perform emergency dental services, nor do we offer same day appointments. We DO provide simple extractions, fillings, and cleanings. We DO NOT provide root canals, wisdom teeth extractions, or oral surgery. If you believe you have an abscess, please go to the Emergency Room.
Do you offer STD testing?
No, we do not offer STD testing for non-established patients. These services can be attained at the county health department.
Do I have to be a Medical patient to obtain other services offered at the clinic?
Yes, you must be an established Hands of Hope Clinic medical patient in order to be eligible for expanded services, such as dental, mental health, vision, specialty referrals, etc. An internal referral is required to receive these services.
How much will it cost?
Most clinic services have a low-cost, flat fee of $10. Please click here (scroll to bottom of page) for a full list of Co-Pays & Patient Fees.
Medical Visits: New Patient ($20), Established Patient/Follow-Ups ($10)
Dental Visits: Treatment ($10), Consultations (No Charge)
Counseling Visits: No Charge
Do you provide Free Medications?
Free medications are not guaranteed, however we work diligently to provide patients with free & low-cost medications in a variety of ways.
Do you fill out Forms or Documents?
No, we are unable to fill out forms, such as disability forms, court/attorney documents, DOT physicals, etc., due to our limited staffing.
