Medical Services
Hands of Hope Clinic provides primary medical care, and treatment of chronic medical conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and more. We are also able to provide specialist visits, laboratory and diagnostic services, free and/or affordable medications through manufacturer Prescription Assistance Programs, individualized assistance with the staff nurse through the Diabetic and Hypertension Self-Management Education Program, women’s health services, and health and wellness classes to assist patients diagnosed with chronic conditions in making healthy lifestyle changes. In addition to the specialty provider visits provided in our office, such as Cardiology, ENT, Urology, Podiatry, and Orthopedics, Hands of Hope is also able to provide specialty referrals to local partner providers in Gastroenterology, OB/GYN, Dermatology, and other specialties. Through partnerships with other organizations, Hands of Hope also provides free mammograms, annual Flu vaccinations, and comprehensive eye exams, including glasses.
Mental Health Services
Hands of Hope Clinic provides individual and family counseling through Licensed Professional Counselor partnerships, who offer both in-office and virtual visits, at no cost to qualified patients.
Dental Services
Hands of Hope Clinic provides dental evaluations, diagnostic x-rays, preventive hygiene visits, composite fillings, and simple tooth extractions. Through partnerships with other organizations, affordable dental prosthetics are also offered for those in need.
